This is a great way to beat 3-3 zone.

It is a rotating diamond up top.

All 4 players rotate as a unit. As one person leaves a space another one fills forcing the defense to pass a player off.

The defense eventually starts to shift up towards the motion up top leaving open the two players on the bottom.
