3-3 to a 1-4-1 man up set change

A great man up can be as simple as changing from one set to another.

In the video below Cornell does a great job of going from a 3-3 set to a 1-4-1.  In my opinion the most difficult change of sets for a defense to manage is when there is a change in the number of men in the crease.

Cornell does not have much time in this man up. This changing of the sets creates a quick look.

It all starts with the player carrying from top center.  After the motion is complete there are many looks.

In the video the man at X kicks back to the wing.  But if you look he had a man on the crease wide open as well.
