Efficient Lacrosse Training: Technique and Gameplay

This is a two-hour session that combines technical work and gameplay. This session is divided into two parts: technical work and application to the game.

First Part (Technical Work)

Warm-up (10 minutes)

Technical Work (60 minutes)

Passing and Receiving (30 minutes)

Shooting on Goal (30 minutes)

Second Part (Application to the Game)

Gameplay (40 minutes)

  • Mini-game:

    • Divide the players into two teams.

    • Play a 15-minute half game, focusing on applying the practiced techniques.

Cool-down (10 minutes)

This session will help improve both individual technique and team cohesion through gameplay.
