π§ Coaching Tips
Reps Matter: At home, go for 5 makes per move. In practice, use "first to 2" for tempo.
Game Simulation: Rebound your own shot and toss out to simulate a real catch and attack.
Balance First: Speed is good, but only after footwork and balance are solid.
Progression Ideas: Start at the top of the key, then add reps from both wings and corners.
π Final Thoughts
This workout builds confidence shooting off the dribble and can easily be expanded. Whether itβs part of your warm-up or a full shooting session, this structure helps players create space and knock down game-like shots.
