Adjacent Triangle Rotation Man Up
This starts from a circle 2 offensive set, with no crease men, two players up top, two on the wings, and two down low. It may appear chaotic, but it’s actually quite simple. The key is two triangles rotating simultaneously and continuously towards the goal from top to bottom and across from each other. This movement creates numerous offensive opportunities.
Key Points to Consider:
• Ensure one triangle has three players proficient with their right hand, and the opposite triangle has three players proficient with their left hand.
• Players must be highly aware of positioning and who needs to take the line on a shot, as there is no designated player for this role, unlike in more traditional sets.
